Staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.They were even able to print out our bus tickets to Encarnacion for us since we had WhatsApp. Room was perfect, everything was very clean and in new condition. The room's air conditioning only works for heating; the room is small, and the bathroom is outdated. The sound of other rooms' doors closing could be heard. Breakfast was good and varied. "
